Music is one of the most beautiful things humans invented, and human life is no longer boring and monotonous. A person's spiritual world is no longer poor because of the company of music, and because of the inspiration of music, it brings comfort to people's hearts.

Music has brought me a comfort zone that belongs to only myself. Whenever I'm irritable, I choose to put on my headphones to calm my mind. Whenever I want to escape from life, I take a moment to immerse myself in my favorite music. Music is a kind of companionship. I will not feel lonely and lost when I am alone and helpless. In 2016, I left my family to fly halfway across the ocean from China to LA, and the moment I stepped out of the airport, I was destined to finish my studies in the US alone. Music accompanied me through these six dull years and enriched my life. Music is a memory that carries some special memories. I often regard a song as a memory of a time period. When I miss my friends in China, I play the songs that Rave and I went to. These songs remind me of the fun things that happened when my friends and I were out together. Music is the fuel that helps me growth. When I lack motivation, a specific song can bring me strength. When frustrated with my project, I would drop everything I was doing, close my eyes, and listen to Hardstyle for 10 minutes. The crisp drums make my heart beat faster, motivating me to work on my homework. Music is an emotional outlet. It could help me vent my negative emotions. It reminded me of the time I had a traffic accident on the day of my final exam. I was fighting back the headache and anger and complaining that the accident would ruin my day; I started listening to music, adjusting my mood quickly, and completing the exam.
